「The person who greeted us (I think James?) was very welcoming and checked us in quickly. Room felt fresh and had some cool old features. The shower and bed were fantastic. We had a really good pizza and a pint for about £14 each in the lovely gardens (they even put vegan cheese on for me). The breakfast was delicious with high quality ingredients. All in all it was a great stay and good value for money. We hope to see you again post-festival in 2027, thank you for having us!」

「Wonderful building with charming, comfortable and quiet rooms - you can see why The Cross is a very popular place to stay. The host was extremely helpful, and nothing seemed too much trouble. The breakfast was one of the best that we have had on our travels, very well cooked and extremely good quality. A big shout out to Luna the cat too! Thanks for a lovely couple of days. 」

「A super place to stay for our first trip to Bath. Liz was a very welcoming host and very helpful during our stay. Our rooms were comfortable and spotless and had great facilities. The location was easy to get into the city centre using the local bus service. We enjoyed the optional breakfast which was very filling and set us up for our day. A lovely find and recommended 10/10. 」
