"The location of the property is found via a very rough dirt road. When we arrived, the place literally looked abandoned. The surrounding grounds were so unkept, it looked like it hadn't received maintenance in years. We were the only guests in 2 days. Many issues: 1 staff member, no restaurant available, no wifi in room, pool deck and terrace deck were unsafe with twisted rotten boards with screws and nails popping out everywhere, no security, no spa, sauna and hottub extra $$ to use, no in...

"Fue bastante mala, se corto el agua en horario nocturno cuando todos estabamos en el hotel, la piscina estaba sucia y la limpiaron durante el dia por lo que ningun huesped pudo utilizarla...muchas moscas en el restorant del hotel, poca variedad de comida, poco personal atendiendo por lo que los tiempos de espera son muy extensos."
