"Very new and clean hotel, typical of this chain. We needed a break in between the capital and the south and this was a perfect spot. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and as a bonus the breakfast was generous and tasty. Would return for sure…"

"Everything was perfect"

"The staff were incredibly friendly and hospitable. We enjoyed a quiet stay and appreciated the onsite breakfast. We would stay here again in the future."

"The location of the property is found via a very rough dirt road. When we arrived, the place literally looked abandoned. The surrounding grounds were so unkept, it looked like it hadn't received maintenance in years. We were the only guests in 2 days. Many issues: 1 staff member, no restaurant available, no wifi in room, pool deck and terrace deck were unsafe with twisted rotten boards with screws and nails popping out everywhere, no security, no spa, sauna and hottub extra $$ to use, no in...

"Excelente cabana. Estrutura impecável e atendimento de qualidade."

"Reserve una cabaña familiar de 8 personas y al llegar al sitio me dicen que tengo asignada solo una habitación para 6 personas. Ni la señora encargada de las cabañas, ni expedía, ni yo pudimos contactarnos con la dueña. Muy irresponsable de su parte. Nos vimos obligado a buscar una cabaña en temporada alta, gracias a Dios encontramos y pudimos mejorar el fin de semana. "

"This is an exquisite hotel. The staff is incredibly friendly, the chef is surprisingly brilliant and the surroundings are remote, quiet and beautiful. This place allowed us to appreciate nature while feeling pampered at the same time. I will stay every time I am in the area!"

"La atencion excelente y muy buena voluntad para resolver problemas propios de las circunstancias de la pandemia"

"Great place to stay if you're in Las Trancas to ski Nevados de Chillan."

"Poor communication, the property has damaged doors, broken floor tiles and filthy stained couches. No towels you have to rent them per day and nowhere did it say on the booking that you had to pay for them. It’s a real shame as it has lots of potential but poorly kept and not very well managed. With has issues with gas not working and power going out only at our property for over 6 hours. The only saving grace is that the wood heater worked really well and there was enough wood to use. "

"A good cabin in the mountains with very good hiking etc nearby. It was a bit hard to find as the address in the Hotels.com is inaccurate and the sign was missing. The cabin has good space for 6 with good kitchen and living spaces. In general all looked clean but please change the bathroom and some room floormats! There was very good communication with the owner Christobal after we got there!"
