Good stop off point on our way south. Nice hiking trail and views of the smaller waterfall. Room and property a bit "tired", but at least comfortable beds, hot water and a good buffet breakfast. Slightly overpriced imo.

It was a good stay price-value. They own a private island including a large park providing great views of the falls with many animals to see. Their welcome gate service is good and safe, as well as the service for the breakfast. The breakfast was great and the lady breakfast attendant was impeccable. The rooms are good, if a bit outdated, and the hotel is in need of love maintenance-wise. The only real dissapointment was the cleanliness of the room where we found traces of previous guests in both our rooms. This was shared at check out. They have a great product in their hands, but should give it the love it deserves.

Time to upgrade it

This is beautiful location. A room with direct view of the Falls and a nice restaurant that one needs to drive to. The room is badly dated with creaky floors and a radiator that stays very hot no matter what. It made a persistent clanking noise when trying to adjust it. Bathroom is minimalist and sink doesn’t have a plug allowing water collection. There’s no wifi but ample parking.

A place with beautiful natural scenery that invites you to relax. The hotel itself shows signs of wear and tear and lack of maintenance. Beds with uncomfy mattresses, no refrigerator, no bottled water in the room, no electric kettle; very tiny bathroom with old, worn-out towels. There is no internet signal, or it is impossible to connect. The restaurant stands out for its quality.

Horrible

To say this hotel is a disappointment would be an understatement. Room was dirty. Heat not working and even when the management promised to fix it they didn’t. I had to sleep in two layers of clothes and take the blanket from the other bed. Furniture is rickety and worn out. Restaurant was terrible and the only option as you are trapped in their compound. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place.

Es un lugar icónico. El hotel es tranquilo y permite observar el salto y la isla. El hotel tiene sus años. Lo disfrutamos, pero no nos sorprendió.

Este es un hotel ubicado en un lugar muy lindo con vista extraordinaria, pero….. tiene una necesidad urgente de mantenimiento y modernización en sus instalaciones como una mayor preocupación por los jardines y caminos. Me da la impresión que los propietarios están descuidando esta maravilla
