「I booked and paid through the app. But they refused me check inn.」

「I need my refund before I sue you. The hotel refused to give me a room. They doesn't have any contract with you. If I don't get my refund I will take this matter to coat of low.」

「Good place」

「Good amenities such as a nice pool, excellently laid out fitness room and meal options. My room was musty and bathroom had funny smells . I had to call them to spray my room the first day. On checkout their response was, sorry to hear of the situation Would I return, maybe? As facilities were overall ok」

「The staff really need an extreme awakening」
