"My husband and I stayed at this hotel for one night. It's a four-star hotel, about 7 kilometers from MXP airport, and the price was attractive, but there are no commercial facilities nearby. It would be inconvenient to get around without a car. The room facilities were clean and acceptable. We would like to commend the front desk staff; they were very friendly and welcoming."
"I did not eat breakfast. There is a buffet breakfast. There is no tea cup with spoon in the room. There is no tissue paper, only have toilet paper. The church nearby rings every hour even at night so bring a earplugs. Otherwise it is fine. The bathtub stopper does not work so I have to sit and put pressure on it to keep it down. No shower curtain if you need to shower. "
"It was a long day for us and the first front desk staff could not find my booking so we had to wait there to figure out what's going on. Yet later another girl came and told us she found it after a while. No apology were said by their staff and they had nothing to say. Very disturbing experience and would definitely not considering staying here next time."
