「Wonderful place!」

「Our family was extremely disappointed with our stay. We picked this hotel specifically, due to the listing indicating that the hotel had a pool. This was extremely important for our stay considering my son is autistic and requires sensory relief. The listing is false advertisement. Tim, who worked at the front desk did not handle the situation properly, not only did he offer no compensation and/or token of apology, but laughed in our faces when we were visibly upset about the circumstances....

「Waited almost 15 minutes to check in because the front desk staff were not present. Also, the floor in the room as dirty because my white socks are black on the bottom. The sink drained super slow, lightbulb above the hot tub in the room was flickering bad and the room is overdue for a face lift. Wallpaper was bubbling in one of the corners as if there was a leak or something. Parking lot was full out back near our room.」

「Homewood’s Inn & Suite is a very nice, well-maintained, & friendly staff. I stayed for two nights for an out of town wedding. The check-in and check-out process were easy and seem less. My room was roomy and clean with all the necessities included. The complimentary breakfast was fresh and offered a wide variety of food. The shuttle bus service was an added bonus & the convenience of the C&J bus station .3 miles away was perfect for my travels to and from the airport in Boston. The staff were...

「The room was clean and comfortable but there was a window ac unit and no shade on the window. Closing the curtains for privacy meant blocking the ac. The room also lacked a full length mirror and had limited bathroom vanity space. I did like the laminate floors, the room was a nice size and the bed was comfy」

The location is very good, shopping and dining are convenient, the front desk is fast, the room has no odor, the location is easy to find, and there is free wireless internet. I chose a family room, that can accommodate 5 people. The price is very cost-effective and the stay experience is good! It is worth recommending this hotel.」

「Clean rooms」

「Hotel is no frills and serves its main purpose. Our check-in experience was ok, room was clean, a/c worked and our bed was comfortable. Plenty of parking and close to supermarket. The front desk needs staff present at all times. Although there is a bell to ring for someone, upon check-in hours and later in evening, and following morning, no one is at the FRONT. Always have to ring bell and eventually someone appears. Neon paper signs taped up in lobby area is a bit tacky. Breakfast is very...

「It met the needs of this weary traveler. Parking was fine. Snack choices broad though I did not take advantage of them. Breakfast was standard roadside fare. The price was right and I feel I got value for money money.」

「The room was comfortable but there was clearly someone smoking in a room nearby. The front desk said they checked for me, but could only offer us a bottle of febreeze for the smell. The breakfast was very limited. Hard to walk anywhere without having to cross a highway. I picked it for the outdoor pool. It was raining I couldn't use it (obviously not there fault) but there were significantly cheaper places around that would have been equal in amenities, other than the outdoor pool.」
