"Hotel is brand new, well decorated and very clean. The room was large, very tall ceilings and very clean. Windows are inoperable, and sometimes it felt a bit too humid in the room - even with AC turned ON - we ended up opening the hallway door for ventilation/fresh air, especially early mornings and after showers. The two queen beds were clean and comfortable, with 4 pillows each, and a warm comforter. Breakfast was convenient, but in the 5 days we stayed, the food was always the exact same, and the pancake machine was often broken. Breakfast times were always very busy, but despite that, food was always replenished timely, and we were always able to find a table. The indoor pool with slide was very nice for kids, they had no issues with the temperature, but the water was a bit cold for me. Parking is paid ~$20 per day, but it is underground and secured. Hotel is close to the airport and next to the highway, but it is quite far from downtown and from most of the attractions."

"The last time I booked a hotel through Expedia, my booking included breakfast. However, when I arrived at the hotel, I was told that I had to pay separately for breakfast. Expedia should make sure that the information shown in the booking clearly matches what the hotel actually provides."

"Great location at the base of Mount Royale. Close walking distance to many restaurants bars has a nice rooftop with great views big seating area to chill. Have a drink. Read a book as well as a pool."
