「What an absolute dream the Porto suite was. Only complaint is that some of the led light bulbs are just too bright. We would have loved to have enjoyed just the wine bottle lights alone. Also, no blanket or extra pillows in room. If we could give Cristina 10 stars we would. She was so welcoming and went out of her way to help us. Will definitely stay here again when we come back to Sebútal.」

「The room was very spacious and had a great view. We only were disappointed in lack of professionalism in staff. At the breakfast, we found the young employees hogging a coffee machine, chitchatting. No regard to guests who paid for the breakfast, not as a part of their fringe benefits (I am assuming that staff can eat the same breakfast as guests at this hotel?).
Only driveway to the parking was extremely steep and scary. A lot of water damage in the room and building. Very awkward building...
