"Apartment itself was fine, wasn't the cleanest. However, the middle men agents that let this apartment are liars. Your emails via Expedia will go ignored, as will the messages and emails sent directly to dinbnb (despite stating they are a 24hr service!) - the customer service is non existent. The lights in the hallway within the building leading to the apartment did not work, which was extremely unsafe due to how dark it was- this was not fixed during the stay. "The location is absolutely perfect - in the very centre of all the action. Room was clean and functional. Breakfast was amazing. Staff could have been a little more helpful at reception. They seemed disinterested. On arrival the lifts were not working so we had to go through the back and use the staff lift. Then our TV streaming wasn’t connecting. As a solution we were made to pack up and come down to reception to be re-roomed, only to find out the same problem was present in the next room. This was resolved by the next day. Overall the location wins - so I would recommend. "
