We are a 100% smoke-free property and have rooms that are designated non-smoking, but, unfortunately, not all of our guests abide by our rule, and occasionally, as seems to have happened on this occasion, a guest will smoke in a non-smoking room. While we strictly enforce our no-smoking policy on hotel premises and have cracked down on those smoking inside the hotel in the past, it is a very tough battle. We thank you for bringing this matter to our attention and rest assured that we will address this with our housekeeping team and see to it that our staff does a better job of preparing/airing out the rooms moving forward. We have also noted your comment about the furniture, and we value your suggestion for improvement as it allows us the opportunity to enhance future guest satisfaction. Noise into the night…like our last stay
Ridiculous amount of noise in the hotel (hallways, and especially the room next-door) from 7:30pm to well into the night. Felt felt like I was in my college dorm room, with parting going on all night long. The walls do a very poor job of insulating any sound. I specifically asked the check-in clerk to give us a quiet room, based on the exact same experience we had the last time we stayed. She told me she couldn’t promise, because there were three big groups staying throughout the hotel. We were too tired to repack and ask for a new room and realized anyway that the rest of the hotel would’ve been like this, as well. We ended up turning on the TV radio to try to drown out the noise, in an effort to get to sleep.

Long standing issue, Rooms are NOT checked cleaned daily. Beds not made, garbage not removed and bathroom towels not replaced. The new installation of shampoo, body wash and conditioner dispensers present an injury risk to guests slipping when stepping out of the shower. Also no means to ensure no one has tampered them.
