「This is a beautiful old hotel and we liked it a lot, aside for two things: a recent renovation meant off-gassing fumes which were a lot for the first few days. The rooms are not well sound proofed so you could hear ppl in the hallway and in other rooms. Aside from that it was perfect.」

「Just want to say the hotel staff was excellent and offered top notch service. The only issue was the cleanliness of the room and balcony. There were multiple spiders covering the balcony where it was a waste of money to pay for the lakeview. We could not sit out there for a minute. The room itself I had to rid of 6 spiders, and my young daughter was scared to sleep alone in her bed. Overall, it was a pretty nice resort but fell short considering the cost we paid to stay there.」

「We did not know how to use our jacuzzi tub. We learned at checkout that there are 2 different switches that have to be flipped. It would have been nice to have a sign to tell us that. The sheets felt like there was sand or crumbs in the bed. I would probably not go back to this hotel.」
