Find Hotel with a Concierge in Northwest Houston, TX

The rooms are very nice, spacious, with comfortable beds. You feel like you’re at home and not at a hotel. The staff are so nice and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again.

My favorite hotel ever booked on Expedia. When I get into the room, I saw a handwriting letter from manager with my name on it, which make me feel so welcomed and respected!! Also, All snacks and water in the room are complimentary(free) in the room. In addition, because I have gold status on Expedia, so I got $25 credit to use for food or beverage. Guess what? Since the snacks and water are for free in the room and breakfast is free too. I didn’t have a chance to use that $25 credit. I would...

I like how clean and how spacious the deluxe suite is !

Wonderful classic Hotel, the executive suite was perfect for our stay.

Wonderful experience. Great way to spend an anniversary. Please add a bit more to your review. What this isn’t enough? How many words do I have to write? I am about to write a bad review for Expedia.... this is ridiculous. Still want more info? Ok.... how much wood could a wood chuck, chuck. As much wood as a wood chuck could chuck. Peter piper, picked a pack of pickled peppers. I bet brad’s wife from Cracker Barrel and her 11 years of faithful service who was fired unjustly, would not make me...

Mine and my wife's stay at Hotel ZaZa was a great "stay-cation" here in Houston. The lobby had a decadent aroma and check in was seamless. The room was beautifully decorated and having a balcony made for some additional amazing times. Be aware Valet parking is the only option available to guest.

Always our go to when attending a dance competition in Stafford. Never disappoints!

The hotel is located in a lovely wooded area that feels invigorating. It was very busy with several events taking place

Excellent room. Bed was not as comfortable as expected for the price. Restaurants nearby were awesome!

My husband and I are local to Houston and decided to stay the night after a night of fun downtown. The hotel was at a great location and beautiful inside. We enjoyed the room, the bar and the view. We did not park here due to parking being very expensive but in a downtown metropolitan that’s to be expected always.

I love everything about this hotel. I travel to Houston twice a year. I will be staying here 😎

Great comfortable spacious room with modern decor. Nice gym and amenities. Great proximity to other major downtown hotels and rail. Loved it.

When we checked in Gladys made us feel very welcome and really made our trip special. Thank you, Gladys! It was my daughter’s birthday and we lost power during a storm. She sent up treats!

One night stay for the Rockets ball game. Service was great including valet parking, breakfast was buffet okey and bed was a little firm. Nice room lay and furnishings and loved the hotels Space City theme.
