"thank you so much for having us, but the hotel stay in Utah was below par. upon arrival for day 1, the blankets had bad odor, we had no body wash, not replaced throughout our 5 day stay: both the shower head and bottom keyed were damaged. on our 3rd day, our hotel keys failed, and we had to go to reception for new ones. on our 4th day, we expected housekeeping, but had none as we came back by noon. i also called front office the upsides were the free breakfast buffet, from 6-9AM: elite meals, drinks and organization early in the AM. although i had these issues, front office and reception did a great job attending to my calls, and staff were courteous too. parking was free, food and drink in front are delicious, and the area is quiet and has a smooth ambiance of course, i never expect high end / premium service from every hotel, but i do expect my BASIC needs to be met. thank you for the stay :)"

"This is essentially an apartment building outside of park city by about 15 mins. No daily housekeeping, semi clean rooms, staff was low functioning and mostly unhelpful. We were unable to check in early on our day arrival despite being told it would be available before hand. The girl at the front desk told us there were a large volume of early check ins (there was not another soul on property, but she must have thought we didn’t notice). The pool deck was covered in dead bees. There is loud construction directly outside the property starting very early in the morning until dark. On the plus side, it was quiet inside and the gym was pretty well stocked."
