"Very accommodating staff: from airport pick-up and drop-off to check-in and general services. The room was comfortable and quiet even with modest hallway traffic. I will definitely stay here again."

"The check in process was excellent and quick. The place looks nice on the outside, the halls to the rooms do show signs of repairs/upgrades. The room was nice roomy, i had a king bed with the jacuzzi tub. The jacuzzi part sounded like it was struggling and barely did anything, it was a good size that as a 6'1 person i fit. However, the cleanliness of the room was subpar. The shower had previous occupants toiletries, underwear hanging on the shower curtain, dirty towel and shirt hanging on the shower door. For a quick budget and for a single stay it isn't bad, but i will probably not be returning because of the clothes not removed."

"The shuttle service from the airport was not good. I called for a shuttle and was not informed that the pick was going to be from the Radisson. I was informed when I called the 2nd time. Still no shuttle arrived. Called a 3rd time and after a 90 minute wait got aride from another hotel. "

"Clean room. Check in scanned my card but my morning I got calls and letter under my door that I needed to get them a card. Not clear what went wrong. Then I was charged for WiFi even through I logged in with bonvoy number"

"Great hotel, we have stayed here several times. Rooms are wonderful. Our hot tub smelled strong like dirty sea water so we didn't use it. Otherwise, great place to stay. "
