「The receptionist Luis was really welcoming and friendly. The hotel is ideal for the airport being a couple of minutes walk across from the terminal. The room was very clean and comfortable.」

「Location was excellent. The staff was absolutely amazing extremely helpful and kind. The food was wonderful. I’d highly recommend this hotel. It’s much more than just a hotel here. It’s definitely an experience you’ll remember.」

「Atmospheric quirky hotel. Retains convent feel.
Nice staff; good restaurant at night.
Note it doesn’t do breakfast but good cafe nearby. No reception before noon. Good base for Bilbao - on commuter line to central station , one hour trip with regular trains .」
