「The stay was very comfortable, spacious and location was perfect, close to everything. My only recommendation will be that provide clearer instructions on the check-in and be more proactive on communication. The check-in instructions and self check-in process is a little bit confuse. Sometimes the door did not respond to the code and spend sometime trying to retrying the code. Kind of annoying when happens late in the night. Besides that everything was excellent. Will stay again.」

「Bad service and accommodation for the price! For a new hotel the room is extremely badly designed. No socket for the kettle, constant buzzing sound from the electric box and poor drainage in the shower leading to a bad smell. Cleaning is also bad. Used toothpick found in the sink area and left there for four days. Mugs left unwashed. Coffee/amenities in the room not topped up. Breakfast is not worth the money and runs out of food at least an hour before breakfast is due to finish, staff very...

「It’s a very good located hotel with self check in. Unfortunately, despite it was indicated it’s non-smoking, our studio was extremely stinky. We reported it right away and were told that they would bring air-freshener next day (though I don’t know how it’s possible to get rid of the cigarette smell with an air freshener when the smell is sitting in the textile of curtains, sofa etc). Nobody showed up the next day. So our complaint was not resolved. There’s also construction work outside of the...
