「Beautiful small Hotel with super friendly staff and great service」

「Veronica is very nice and helpful during our stay there. The location is very convenient to the restaurants we like and all sight seeing spots are all in walking distance. The only drawback is no elevator inside the building so if you are not travelling with a strong guy and with heavy suitcase, you will have to reconsider the larger suite here as mine is the smallest which is on the top floor. 😞」

「Positive: New decoration, very new and clean. Location is great, can reach most attractions on foot. Free parking in the facility is secure and wonderful. Negative: We book the room the same morning we planned to check in. No one was there and no confirmation mail till we asked help from pedestrian to call the manager/owner. Need to reach them by phone or the email response via hotel.com can be 6-12 hours later. The AC can warm up living room but no heater or AC in the bed room so it was a...

「Excellent location walkable to everything in historic Porto and to Gaia. The room is very comfortable, service excellent, and there is a little elevator to help you get your luggage upstairs. Great communication from hostess. Very safe as there is a bank next door and there are always police stationed on the street. I would definitely stay again!」
