「This is a beautiful park in a beautiful area, and we come often. Staff was very helpful. Cabins are in beautiful cliff setting so expect steps and narrow turns of the car. We stayed there coming and going and some maintenance is needed on the first cabin. Food was good.」

「We had a negative experience. We stayed 3 nights. On our second night , housekeeping changed our towels but did nothing else to service the room. We reported this to the front desk (Gregory) who said he would take care of it. On the third night, the room was not serviced at all. Housekeeping knocked on our door at 10:30 a.m. and we were still in the room. The housekeeper saw us leave our room about 30 minutes later. When we returned, once again our room had not been serviced. We again...

「I asked Belterra to give us a voucher since our daughter's golf tournanment for Saturday, 4/18 was canceled due to weather. I did not expect a refund. And she will play many tournaments here over the next several years. I did not receive a reply. That just isn't good business...you took my money, I didn't stay there and not even a courtesy reply...thumbs down」

「Denny was a wonderful host! I stayed on the third floor in the Derby Room. It was perfectly charming! Everthing I needed for a solo one night getaway. Perfectly located to enjoy a leisurely walk around downtdown Maysville. Fantastic eateries and pubs just footsteps away from the front door. Denny was very knowledgeable about the local fare and offered many suggestions.The next time I need to take a step back in time and enjoy the company of the lovely people of Maysville, I will definitely book...
