He is not only a great manager but an outstanding human being. His kindness, attentiveness, and genuine care for guests set the tone for the entire stay. The room was spotless, spacious, and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed. Waking up to a beautiful mountain view from the balcony was a bonus. The pool and hot tub area was clean and relaxing, and the complimentary breakfast was fresh and satisfying. The hotel is conveniently located for exploring central West Virginia, yet tucked away enough to enjoy peace and quiet. It’s clear this place is run with pride and integrity, and Ryan’s leadership makes a real difference. "Our stay at Moore House Inn was great! The family that runs the Inn is nothing short of amazing. They were so welcoming and although we had car issues during our stay the couple did everything they could to ensure we still enjoyed our visit! The inn was comfy and welcoming! The breakfast was good with lots of choices. We enjoyed sitting on the swing and listening to the birds and the creek and the little town of Marlinton is so welcoming. We met so many amazing people! Took some amazing bike rides, and then relaxed back in our room.We already can’t wait to go back."

"My husband and son enjoyed the location and found the room very comfortable. There was a variety of food choices within walking distance. The ski experience was great b/c there were lockers on site and the lift really was close by. The only issue they experienced was with Streaming TV. It would not stay on (it kept turning off) and it would not enable streaming. They researched ways to fix the issues but were unsuccessful. They shared this experience with the property manager. "
