「Super friendly, helpful and informative staff! Comfortable beds and warm comforters, blankets. Don't skip the meals this place offers - they are amazing!」
「Schweitzer Village was pretty vacant this time of year and we were thankful for that since we were able to get an amazing room with a beautiful view. Each staff member was extremely helpful and the Humbird had a great game room, gym, and rooftop jacuzzi.」
「So I paid $241 for a room when I got there I found out that there was no food except for TV dinners because their bar and Grill is closed for the winter hours which was not disclosed. There was no service whatsoever so I couldn’t call anybody which is fine for the most part but things were not kept clean or up-to-date. It was very hard because it’s out of the way and if I would’ve known that, there was gonna be no food or water available I would’ve been able to bring something not to mention...
「Sounded like there was a woman being tortured in the next room (literally!) for the entire night. Called desk, they sent someone up who knocked on their door and asked if they were ok? They said yes, and the staff person left. Then the next room proceeded with their torture session. We got no sleep and felt unsafe!」
