They hospitable were able to get us in early to our room, assisted with our luggage, arranged for taxis, and they even helped us send a postcard to our granddaughter. This hotel and the surrounding area were a highlight to our vacation. We hope we have the pleasure of returning.」

Other Shangri-La hotels should consider this establishment's service standards as a worthwhile example to emulate.」

「We enjoyed our stay at Grand Hotel Brighton. The service was impeccable. It elevated the whole experience at the hotel despite some hits and misses. Every staff was professional and friendly (even their uniform was tastefully designed). The lobby and lounge were beautiful, giving us a really good impression of the hotel. However, while we were aware of the history of the hotel, the bathroom was a bit tricky to use. It was obviously dated and needed some refurbishment work. The water pressure...
