「The room was clean and just about the right size. The walls are very thin and so you can hear the guests in the next room. The staff was pleasant and courteous. Breakfast options were good.」

「very clean, comfortable, the room size is just right」

「Good service」

「I didn’t enjoyed my stay at Modular Express, the only thing I liked was the included breakfast and that is near the airport. Rooms are small and noisy, personal has no customer service attitude, prices are really high in their mini market and meals, and only accept card, no cash. When you go to the cafetería, there are other workers that go too, from mining companies I guess.」

「 Very clean, very nice staff. The pool is clean too. Breakfast is prepared on demand. 」

「Everything was perfect! The staff was super helpful and friendly. We especially enjoyed the pool and the rooms are very cozy.」

「Overall, it is a very nice hotel. Like apartment, you have kitchen, bathroom, living room and so on. Not so many choices but good breakfast. It’s not safe in Calama, so it’s a good idea to choose a hotel like this with gate and security. 」

「Wonderful stay! Highly recommended. Really warm and welcoming staff. Enjoyed the rustic stay.」

「When I arrived to check in, my reservation didn't show up in the system. After 45 minutes, the manager came to tell me there was a problem because their systems weren't connected to Expedia. They initially tried to assign me a room for two people, so I showed them the reservation on my Expedia app, and they then gave me a room for three. When we got to the room, the air conditioning wasn't working; I called reception to ask for a room change, but they said nothing else was available for that...

「Staff are friendly and helpful. Nice accommodation, clean and convenient」
