Breakfast was ok, but quite expensive. The air conditioner did not cool at all. The hotel did not have even the simplest coffee maker in the room. TV channels sucked. The waiters in the restaurant were overall rude. Bedding was comfortable and good quality. The food at the restaurant was tasty and good quality, price was right with the exception of breakfast.

Very nice place to stay, staff were friendly and helpful, and resturant was great. Some road noise but earplugs provided. Booking in on arrival took a very long time.

The Room had a old A/C unit that never worked, after 2 days of asking reception to have it fixed that was ignored, I asked to be moved to a different room. ordering room service via the app just gets ignored and after going down in person to order room service they apologized and said it would be in my room in 20mins but still never turned up, staff where rude at the reception apart from 1 new starter.

All the people in the hotel is very nice, the building is beautiful, but the furniture and decoration looks old. I asked for sleepers and tissue (the website said it was of courtesy) and they said it was for a superior room, but they are going to look if there is some available, I never get them and never was told if there was availables or not.

Nos entregaron una habitación con el aire acondicionado malo, considerando las altas temperaturas. Al otro día nos cambiaron de habitación y no entregarin el servicio de limpieza como corresponde, el AC si bien funcionaba, dejaba agua en la pieza. Los pasillos del hotel constantemente se encontraban con bandejas y nadie laa sacaba

Agua del grifo agua caliente con óxido. Agua fría, sabor metálico Baño sin extractor de aire olor a humedad en las cortinas. Aire acondicionado no enfría, personal insiste que no tiene problemas. Tampoco dan la opción de cambiarse de habitación elegida a una similar.
