"This property is centrally located, with an easy 5 minute walk to the Plaza de Aramas of Las Serena. We arrived very late and without a reservation; however, we were treated well and got 2 nice rooms as requested. The underground locked parking was also quickly opened for us to speed the check in process. Very nice free and complete breakfast buffet, with no add-on items at extra cost. The only fault were the tub/shower combos in both rooms. The glass partition for the shower is not large...

"The bed was good, actually it was the only good thing. The staff were not willing to provide any basic assistance to the guest in the hotel. There are way better options in the vey same street, just a little further up. My advice is to stay away from this place."
