「We stay at this hotel in a visit to murphys California, this hotel is very easy to find next to the road. Staff are friendly and helpful, rooms are clean and spacious. I believe that they are working on renovation of some rooms but it's a great place to stay. Very closer from the main street of murphys downtown.」

「With the mosaics on the entry floor this property was once a gem. It has not been updated and looks like it has been run down for years. This is the second time I came. After seeing the underlying bed sheets stained so badly i didn’t stay but I had little choice this time since I booked through Expedia and paid already. Sad the owners can’t invest and invest and modernize this great property. Additionally the window curtains are badly stained and the breakfast serves a paucity of choices. On the...

「This review will most likely never be posted. I made the reservation through a third party travel site. When I checked in I asked if AAA or AARP or other affiliations would mean a discount. I was told NO as they only provided discounts for reservations that are made directly with Granzellas and they gave me a scan code to use next time. We like the hotel and location. Next time I will contact the hotel directly.」
