「The room was in poor condition — stained carpets, greasy marks on the bed frames and glass windows, a torn window screen, and peeling paint on the bathroom door. Not even water cups in the room. Breakfast was equally disappointing. When I arrived at 8:15 AM, staff informed me they were out of coffee and would not make more. There was no milk either. Perhaps we were given an inferior room (ours faced a busy avenue rather than the quieter neighborhood behind the hotel). Perhaps the staff member...

「It is a new hotel, and so most amenities are clean. That said, the bathroom floor has a spot that needs cleaning. There are no laundry bags in the room. The window is a bit thin, and highway traffic noise can get in through the door in the early morning. All in all, it is a good hotel.」
