「Wir waren vom 08.04.26 bis 12.04.26 mit unseren beiden Kindern (13 und 14 Jahre) im Hotel Schauinsland zu Gast. Vom Hotel aus hatte man einen tollen Blick ins Tal und auf die Berge. Das Hotel war der Ausgangspunkt für unsere Wanderungen gewesen. Der Besitzer, der sich nicht als Hotelier, sondern eher als Herbergsvater sieht, ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotelzimmer ist sehr gemütlich und geräumig eingerichtet. Die Sauna hatten wir auch genutzt, außerdem gab es die Möglichkeit,...

「What I especially liked was the ability to park on the property, with is in an outlying village of the Strasbourg metropolitan area, and bus it into the city - there's a regular service, takes half an hour, cost €2.50. It's a unique sort of property, an enclosed series of buildings, half-timbered in style, repurposed to local uses and tourism. The host is as brilliant as other reviews note - nothing too much trouble. 」
