「Overall a nice hotel. Nice amenities like the pool, fitness room etc. Food & room service typically good, prompt service. Valet service is highly commendable very polite group of employees and very prompt. Check in was slow. However, the following from my viewpoint could be improved: I dropped an earring & looked under the couch it was very dirty, crumbs etc.
Room service food is good but they do forget to include some of the food you order - when brought to their attention they bring it...
