"Horrible! I was suppose to stay for two nights but I left the next morning because this smoke free motel was so smoky that I couldn’t breath! The toilet was broke & One towel for two guest. It was also very loud, I had drove 11 hours and didn’t get any sleep at this place bc it was so horrible! Now I have extra charges on my card when I didn’t even stay my full stay! A one night stay coat my almost $500! "

"Overall very nice, comfortable bed, very nice breakfast. Room had some wear and tear but everything worked well. Would stay again."

"Very disappointed with our experience. I completely understand that the staff was overwhelmed and doing the best they could, but at 10:00 PM we still were unable to check into our room. After traveling and waiting for hours, guests should not still be waiting that late into the evening. The lack of organization and delay took away from what should have been a relaxing stay, especially on Thursday when we essentially missed out on part of the full hotel experience we paid for. I do believe some type of compensation or accommodation should be offered for the inconvenience. Again, the staff appeared to be trying, but management needs a better system in place to handle situations like this."

"This hotel was very unsafe with bedbugs, with wires hanging from the light fixtures with disgusting carpet with roaches with unable to lock sliding door with unsanitary. The staff did nothing about it with illegal drugs all kinds of people walking all night trash left for days unfit for anyone to stay at they canceled my room and tried to throw us out at 1 o’clock in the morning. It was horrible. and I took pictures dog poop all in the lobby dogs everywhere."

"Breakfast was not good. Parking lot was very small and hard to get in and out. A/C unit in our room was very loud and the street noise was very loud. You could hear every car and motorcycle passing at all hours of the night. "

"The staff was very nice and efficient. The room had been remodeled recently so the furniture was nice. The walls and ceiling particularly in the bathroom were very poorly patched up. The external doors locks were ripped out so that was a little sketchy. Worth the low price for a short stay."
