「We did enjoy our stay as it was a beautiful apartment with a gorgeous view. Very clean upon check-in. 3 adults stayed 4 nights. A few opportunities for improvement: --Numbers to apartment door code in welcome email were transposed, maintenance assisted with access to apartment. --Toilet in "master" bedroom was quite slow/clogged. I emailed evening we arrived and with no response by afternoon next day I called. Toilet was snaked shortly afterwards but never really flushed normally, so we just...

When we told him we were there for a 3 PM check-in he threw his bottle down and broke it. My wife had to redo dishes because they were dirty. Both beds upstairs had dirty smudge mark on pillows from leftover makeup and dirty face. There was hair in the bed also there was no propane in the grill.
