「Clean room and staff friendly 」

「Rooms were amazing, the amenties for guests were readily available and had many options. Staff were super friendly. This is the second time I had stayed here and very much look forward to the next time!」

「The hotel was very clean. Everything was in great working order. The pool and hot tub were the perfect temperature. I definitely would stay there again. 」

「We arrived to find a very disappointing room—the photos on Expedia did NOT match the actual room (photos were of a lake view suite with fireplace; the room we were in (for over $300) was a tiny full bed and bathroom overlooking the parking lot). The staff tried to make it right and got us into the pictured room the following night. Expedia, as usual, was no help at all. I’m kinda done with Expedia.」

「The historic building was so cool! They still had the old elevator call buttons and mail shoot and many other details. The room was nice and clean and smelled fresh. This room was available at the same price point as the cheap motels/hotels nearby and was a much better experience than the other nearby hotel we had stayed in the day before. 」
