「This place is not bad at all! So close to everything in the historic district of St. Augustine. The trolley stops within this property so that’s very convenient. The building is old but the whole town has that vibe. The rooms we had are upgraded, very clean. We left an iPad in one of the rooms and they called me so we got it back. That’s very professional and I highly recommend this place. The only feedback that I think will help the place is the landscaping outside. It needs a little attention...

「I received a text from Patrick asking how my room was, that was a nice touch.I was surprised that the happy hour was only 5-630, instead of 5-7. 2 bartenders behind the bar but only 1 servicing the free drinks. Line was long and other bartender didn't seem to have much to do. I requested a 7:30am wake up call but it never came. Thank goodness I only use as a back up. 」
