「Amazing!! The two pools and facilities are great, breakfast is good and have all you need and more, worth the price. Room is clean and big; we took a room with a king bed and a sofa. The sofa was mad before we arrived and enough towels. The front desk was so helpful and kind, need to mention Mis Madelena who provided so much info that made our visit in Lisbon enjoyable. 」

「I found a bug on the bed of the hotel. After calling the customer service, I got a pillow at 11 p.m. an hour later. The room is not clean, and there are still paper towels used by previous guests in the trash can. Breakfast and Wi-Fi are charged separately, and mineral water is not provided in the room.」

「After a disastrous stay somewhere else I booked multiple rooms late in the evening for this hotel. We didnt arrive until after 9 pm. The man working was very friendly and super helpful. We asked for a trash bag to cover the window that was broken at the last place we stayed. He not only got us the bag but also tape and had us park it where it could be watched by security. We didnt get to utilize any of the amenities but the staff was wonderful. 」
