"I'll try to make this short.. the place is filthy!! The bathroom had dirt and hair everywhere. The shower curtain had what looked like a streak of human feces on it! I couldn't shower without the bathroom flooding, the mattress was dirty, the walls are so thin you can hear everything, and miss were running up and down the halls non stop! My husband and I had to leave early because we couldn't stand it anymore! To top it all off I unpacked my suitcase and a cockroach fell out! I am absolutely disgusted!!"

"Could you please invest more money into your continental breakfast. We loved everything but that, it was the only hiccup. We will be using your lovely hotel again. It was conveniently located to the conference site, food places, and tourist sites. Food places were ten minutes away. Located next to the major highway was a plus. Also ot was so quiet at night and boy was I grateful. We loved our time there."

"Cleaners use some cleaning products with scent that cause me an awful headache... Why not using just fresh scent or products without any. And TV was working not so well - sometimes I could switch channels, sometimes not... So a lot of room for improvement"

"If you want to sit in a Jacuzzi tub and smoke, it's great. Other than that, there's nothing great about this place. Our TV wasn't a smart TV and wasn't very big. The bathroom door barely shut from being swollen and the light didn't work. We exchanged the blown bulb for a different bulb in the room. We only seen cereal and milk for breakfast. Maybe there is more early in the morning that we didn't see. The staff was not very friendly and don't try to get a cup of hot coffee after like noon. The price was right and it fit the bill for what we were looking for for a couple of nights."

"The hotel itself was a hot mess. The pool was closed (main reason we chose this hotel to stay at for a cheer competition), there was no cable (they had power outages 2 days in a row). We got sheets for the pullout couch and there were crumbs in it. However, the guy at the front desk was sooo nice. I can’t imagine how mean people were to him with everything not working. But he was very composed, polite, told me I can cancel my room and stay somewhere else and it wouldn’t be a problem. If it wasn’t for him the hotel would definitely be rated a 1 or 2. But he is why I gave it a 3. "

"Bathtub very old and dingy and dirty. Bathroom sink very slow drainage. Staff was very polite and courteous. Parking was nice and clean. The butter container was always empty. The butter was a shared container. They should invest in individual butters. No eggs, or any type of meat. They only put out 4 bananas. No elevator."

"The staff at the hotel were nice. When you call the hotels 1-800 number with a problem with scheduling, they just brushed me off and said they can't help. That is the reason for my score. The bed was comfortable"

"Excellent nights rest, staff are friendly and helpful. They picked us up at the airport and brought us back the next morning. Breakfast was fabulous. Clean room, no strange odors. Cannot thank them enough for being so helpful."
