「The room was very clean, all the appliances worked, the staff were friendly and helpful, parking perfect, and laundry facilities very convienent.」

「Rooms were in separate cottages which we did not know before we got here. From pics on internet, it looked and sounded like a mountain LODGE resort. We thought rooms were in a single bldg.. it was a long walk from parking lot to our rm esp carrying luggage. Lots of steps. Staff did offer to help us w luggage. We declined bc we didn't realize how far the walk was. It was a very pretty area and rooms were adequate.」

「We did not receive the room we reserved. Because we booked through Expedia and not directly with the property, they offered no resolution to the issue. It was extremely frustrating. Additionally, our room phone rang at 4:30 am and then the room alarm went off at 6:00. We had 4 people crammed into a room that was not sufficient with interrupted sleep and a staff that did not care to help us find a more suitable room, like the one we booked. would not recommend.」
