"The king standard room was more spacious than we had expected from a Singapore hotel. We liked the filtered water made available at the sink. Bed was very comfortable and the tv was large although channels were limited and there wasn’t YouTube function.
Breakfast had an excellent spread although it would have been better if vegan dishes were labelled (we saw a customer going around asking if the Indian dishes were vegan).
The pool was fairly big and well-shaded from tje sun.
The check-in staff was unclear on whether our booking was eligible for Changi Rewards points. When we checked in, she informed that it can be done upon checkout. But upon checking out, she said our booking was third party and could not qualify. Even if it’s third party, it was still a spend on the establishment, so we didn’t understand why she first said it’s eligible but later said it’s not. "
