「This really was an excellent stay. We were a bit apprehensive due to some of the reviews about rooms being tired, so we specifically asked and paid for a refurbished room (40 in total). We also had a pitch view room, which is a unique experience. Checked in at reception in 10 seconds flat, the same for checking out. Room spotless, newly refurbished, great shower, comfy bed, can’t ask for anymore than that. Just off Middlebrook retail park with loads to do 」

「A 1970s office block converted into a hotel. Rooms are huge by UK standard, both the room and equipment are very clean. Staff is friendly and experienced. The main complaint would be the WiFi - averaging 100-500kb/s, which is slow even by 2010 standards. Certainly need a replacement. Elevators only stop on even floors, so you would need to walk 1/2 floor up or down to the 1F reception or room (uneven floor for me). 「I had at this modern detached bungalow. The accommodation was clean tidy, and had everything you needed for a relaxing stay. There is a lovely village a short walk away, and there is lots to do in the surrounding area. 」

「I booked a triple room, but all the amenities provided were only for one person — one duvet, one towel, one cup, and one set of toiletries. This is clearly unacceptable for a triple room. I reported this to the reception and explained that it was not an urgent request, and I would be fine if the items could be delivered later in the evening.
