"Location was excellent near the pier, seafront and shops.Leo and staff were very welcoming and helpful.The gluten free breakfast was lovely. A lift would be an asset but staff helped carrying luggage. A 4* rating is too high would class as a 3*. Hotel needs updating. However, would stay again."

"Jaiden in reception was excellent !! Very helpful when our TV was broken and got us a new one and go it tuned in. Breakfast was very good but otherwise the food was very average and expensive for what it was !. Parking was expensive at £10 per day on the promenade and no parking available for me at the hotel. No changing rooms available for the pool, one of the reasons we chose this hotel so not very impressed with that as received no emails prior to coming about this. Thank you"

"Well located in prime Location with beautiful sea view. Room was nice and spacious, unfortunately the carpet in the room was dirty marks needs updating other than that nice snd clean, shower area was a bit tight. Good selection of Breakfast."
