「Cooks Flat is a great find in Wrexham! Tranquil, peaceful and beautiful walks on the property. What a treat to stay on a private estate and visit the Victorian kitchen and games room. I appreciated the welcome gifts and hospitality from the hosts too. Would definitely stay again next time I’m in the area.」

「I stayed at this property for one week in mid-October 2024 and was fully satisfied with my stay. I was first struck on entering by its cleanliness - the condition was immaculate. The house is well laid out and the kitchen has all you need to settle in and take care of all your culinary needs. The bedroom I used was spacious and the bed was very very comfortable. 「Location was excellent. Property small but perfect for two and very homely. Porthmadog is a lovely place and very convenient to visit other places. Weather was good which was a plus we really enjoyed our stay.」

「The property was on a working farm and is pet friendly. Located just outside of Pwllheli.
The owners live on site and were very friendly & welcoming.
The facilities were wonderful from the swimming pool to the games room. Set in the beautiful Welsh countryside with stunning views.」
