「Our room was good, staff were extremely friendly and helpful, good wifi throughout, breakfast was delicious」

「The room is clean and comfortable, but the WiFi signal is very weak, and usually disconnected... The hotel is very near to Harlech Castle, just 3 minute walking distance, but it also means that the hotel situates on the hill as well... So it is better call hotel come to rail station to pick you up.... Dinner and breakfast are delicious~~ 」

「Air conditioning in the room did not work at all it was poor. The rooms have no privacy at all really other than a sliding door but all very open. The fridges in the room are Smeg but they are noisy and kick out some heat. The bar area has flies everywhere whilst trying to have a drink or food. The photos give you the impression it’s an isolated hotel however it’s just after a school it wasn’t what I thought and was disappointed」
