"The hotel was disappointing. The room was dirty, with dust everywhere. The air conditioner is old and very noisy. The standard room is extremely small — there’s not even enough space to open a suitcase comfortably. The staff were not friendly or helpful. At the front desk, they did not provide clear information. There was also an incident where a staff member tried to enter a full elevator with a cart and became upset when there was no space. Overall, the stay was not comfortable. I would not recommend this hotel. "

"The location is amazing, we were close to everything (walkable distance). The hotel is super well maintained, and the staff are so friendly and welcoming. We even got an upgrade since we were there for our honeymoon, which made it extra special. And the breakfast buffet… absolutely out of this world."
