「The staff were so lovely and accommodating! Our room was luxurious and we had a lovely view of the river. They even put a happy birthday dessert plate in the room for my husband- very kind! I do want to say that the leisure/pool center was quite a disappointment. It is very outdated and so dirty that I didn't even end up putting my suit on to use the facilities.
