Room hot 80 degrees. Workmen entered our room while there. Poor cable kept freezing. Left after 4 hours. They did give me a partial refund.

Upon arrival during bedtime I pulled out the sofa-bed an it had blood stains a dirty. I have the video to prove it. I spoke with the manager who offered me a 15% return upon check out which I never got.
