For the most part, the place was nice. They have this silk type sheet that I had never had in any hotel. What I didn't like was the toilet bowl. Had a piece of poop stuck at the bottom and maintainace was not taking care of this. The lid was up when I first walked in and sure enough, before I left it was a guy doing the housekeeping. I'm a guy and always put the seat down. If I return, I have no problem returning.

The property was nice but needed some updating. We were on the 2nd floor and there were smokers below us at their vehicles, definitely not 25' away from a window or doorway. The room was nice but there was a very strong smell of cleaning products (which was also strong in the lobby area) and I had a hard time sleeping smelling that all night.

When entering the room instantly hit with a heavy smell of cleaning products. While this was normal at most place it goes away after a few hours, but this lasted our entire stay of 3 nights. Beds have little padding. They are on wheels and weren't locked. Moved a bit if you lean against it not expecting it to move. Breakfast starts at 7 AM, which is a little later than we would have like for our early start days. Otherwise, the choices were the normal and enjoyable.

We stayed here for our 5 year wedding anniversary, and could not regret our hotel choice more. First, upon check in, there was a clearly new employee behind the counter. Any time she asked her manager for help checking us in, the manager just yelled at her and belittled her right in front of us. We felt really bad for the employee. Second, we paid for a Jacuzzi Suite. I tried to take a shower when we first checked in, and after 10 minutes of no hot water, my husband went downstairs to ask. They said “if you’re in a suite, the water takes longer to get to you”. We literally had to run the cold water for at least 15 minutes before our room got hot water. Even in the sink. Needless to say, it would have taken actual hours to fill the Jacuzzi. So we weren’t able to use it. After our night out, we returned to the hotel and I had to wash my face with cold water. Why on Earth would anyone pay more money for a “suite” that doesn’t have hot water? High pitched squeezing noise during the night. We had to run the AC to drown out the noise. “Deluxe” continental breakfast is cereal, muffins, or bagels. I wanted to leave in the middle of the night just to get out of there. Extremely disappointed in what we got for the amount of money we paid.

Clean and safe property. Very quiet even for a Friday. Comfortable room and the best part there is a shuttle on the weekends to Foxwoods.

Our room wasn’t ready at check-in. When it was ready, the person announced our room number and gave directions on how to find it, loudly enough for everyone in the room to hear, which is not mindful of safety. Our towels were stained, and someone else’s hair was on our soap package. The quality of the towels, toilet paper, soaps provided were not up to par with how much the room cost. The mini fridge, which wasn’t keeping anything cold that night, froze overnight and ruined our food and leftovers we spent money on. We could hear neighbors outside, downstairs, in the next rooms, and when they showered. The breakfast should NOT be called a “deluxe” continental - there was only cereal and bagels, which is neither deluxe nor a good option for anyone who has dietary restrictions or simply wants a healthy breakfast. We will be staying somewhere else next time we visit the area.

We were only there for one night. The room was fine. However, the continental breakfast was extremely disappointing. There were a few pieces of coffee cake and some muffins. No juice or fruit. Looks like there was supposed to be a waffle maker but that was missing. After breakfast, I could not reenter our room as our key card was somehow “mismatched”. That is how it was described by the attendant anyway. I selected this place due to its proximity to where we were going and it was a little less expensive than surrounding hotels. Should have known better. We will not be staying here again. Just keeping it real. I don’t feel it was worth what we paid.

The front office staff was very friendly and welcoming. The shuttle driveer was amazing. The deluxe breakfast was a little disappointing but the food they had was good. I was hoping for sausage and bacon.

Place is decent. Clean and quick ride to Foxwoods. Didn’t realize that you need to use room key to make sure the door locks when you leave. Don’t like that much. It was a good thing we checked before we left Clean and everyone was friendly. Breakfast included also was decent. Thank you

I love the setting in a forested area. There were cute extra touches like the Kleenex folded into a rose and washcloth made into a fancy shell. Beds were ok. Linens were good. Plenty of outlets for CPAP machines and phone chargers. However, the breakfast was basically non existent.

wi-fi did not work in our room. Ran shower water for 10 minutes and still couldn't get hot water. Front desk personality lacked to say the least. Room was clean and plenty of towels if you like a cold shower.
