Hotel Wave Rehoboth Beach
The hotel was nice and clean. The staff was friendly. My issue was the fact that there was no second blind in the window to block light and preventing people looking right into the room. The parking lot lights glared into my room making sleeping difficult. The breakfast was good also.

The Breakers Hotel & Suites
It's off season, the staff was friendly and accommodating. No issue with parking because I do not think there were too many guests (mid-week, off season). The room was very comfortable, and clean. We stay here often. Very close to "downtown", and two blocks off boardwalk/beach.
