The Breakers Hotel & Suites
It's off season, the staff was friendly and accommodating. No issue with parking because I do not think there were too many guests (mid-week, off season). The room was very comfortable, and clean. We stay here often. Very close to "downtown", and two blocks off boardwalk/beach.

Hyatt House Lewes/Rehoboth Beach
We were somewhat disappointed by the number of dogs at this hotel. Seemed like every other guest we ran into had a dog and my wife is allergic and the hotel definitely had a dog odor to it. Will definitely be something we reconsider on our next trip. Definitely need to find a hotel that’s less dog ...
