「Staff is very kind and accommodating at the front desk and in the housekeeping department. Service is slow at the restaurant and bar, however the food is delicious. They are updating the entire facility and it shows. 」

「The room was comfortable and had more amenities than other places I have stayed in St.Croix. The owners were friendly and helpful. The views were beautiful and the breeze enjoyable in the evening. You do need an all wheel drive vehicle and should definitely arrive while it is still light out. The WiFi was dependable.」

「I’ve been going to St Croix for 12 years and need to advise that if you’re looking for a 5 star luxury hotel / resort; you’re on the wrong island; goto St Thomas. Hotels here are mainly historic / small, which keeps with the island. With that said I loved staying at this hotel. It’s 300 years old; very clean, in the heart of everything, just feet from the restaurants / shops / water. The manager is on site. 「For anyone who would consider coming to this resort. Don’t!!!!!!! It Sucks!!!!! I say again, DON’T come. It sucks… Room is ugly. No water or cups for the coffee. No water in the fridge.
