「During my stay here I believe they were short staffed on cleaning attendants so thats the reason for my 3 star on service. Other than that everything else was very clean , bed was comfortable, and pool was refreshing! Gym has just the right amount of equipment to get a nice pump in and the lady in the front desk "Destiny" was very helpful throughout my stay and also supplied towels I needed a new set. I do recommend this spot especially the jacuzzi rooms 👌 good for couples.」

「I chose this place because it's more affordable and has elevators since I knew I'd be traveling with multiple pieces of luggage, but when we arrived, they told us the elevator was down and had a guy help carry the luggage for us. The next morning we had to carry them on our own, and it was very inconvenient. Wifi was extremely slow; we couldn't really use it. We had to stay up for an hour trying to get it fixed. The bathroom sink is clogged. No toiletry except for bar soap and towels.,...

「Clean room and didn't charge for parking. We didn't do breakfast. The staff was good. We got there at 9:00 so not much to comment. We did have trouble getting on the WIFI in our room. My husband went down twice to the front desk but eventually were able to put in the password.」

「It was close to a lot of Alamo Heights which has lovely shopping and excellent restaurants. It is affordable and clean and adjacent to my favored parts of the city. Those seeking closeness to the SA most famous attractions might find it remote」
