Didn't utilize the breakfast, but area was large and accessible,
Check in and out was a breeze,

"All of the above. When we arrived I had neglected to ask for a first floor room because steps are difficult for us , especially carrying luggage. The desk clerk was so accommodating and found us another suitable room. The only complaint that I would have is that there is no elevator."
